SHN Group AS (org nr 922 858 578, Trondheimsveien 100, 0565 Oslo) runs the brand WHO IS SHE and the internal tools our team uses to operate it, including SHN Hub. This page explains what data those tools handle. Shoppers on whoisshe.no are covered by the WHO IS SHE privacy policy.
SHN Hub is used only by SHN Group employees. It is not offered to the public or to other companies.
With the permission of our own Google account, SHN Hub connects to the Google Ads API to manage the company's own advertising account. It uses this access to:
We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, use it for anything other than managing and reporting on our own advertising, or use it to train AI models. SHN Hub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is stored on our own server, sent only over encrypted connections, and is accessible only to authorised employees. Access tokens are kept as server secrets. Reporting data is kept for as long as it is needed for our accounts and then deleted.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data is deleted on request.
